Learning to Trot

I’m so proud of my kids! The Big Girl, after only 4 riding lessons, is already doing some trotting and she is close to mastering the post (rising up and down in time to the movement of the horse at trot). She loves it! The little guy soon followed and it is bringing a smile to his face as well. While he is much less enthusiastic about riding than she is, it’s nice to see him having fun. And she is progressing so fast that I’m almost willing to concede we have another riding enthusiast in the family!
